Peer Review Process

Manuscripts will initially be evaluated for presentation, in accordance with instructions to authors. Manuscripts that do not comply with the instructions will be rejected and returned to the authors.

Manuscripts that comply with the instructions will be assessed on their merit and scientific method by at least two reviewers from institutions other than the authors, in addition to an Associate Editor.  When revision of the original is necessary, the manuscript will be returned to the corresponding author for modification. The revised version with modifications sent by the authors will be re-evaluated by the Associate Editor and eventually by the referees.

The Editor-in-Chief will decide upon the acceptance of the manuscript and may return it to the authors for revision and necessary modifications. In this case, the authors must resend a revised version with the necessary modifications or explanations. The revised version will be reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief.

After approval of scientific merit, manuscripts will be analyzed for the use of grammar and statistics. If manuscripts are still considered unsuitable, they will be returned to the authors for review.

Authors and referees will be kept anonymous during the review process.

The content of the manuscript is the responsibility of the authors and does not reflect the opinion of the Editor-in-Chief, the Associate Editors or the Editorial Board.
